Terms of Service
The agreement between you and VD Enterprises for using Top Billing. Last updated: 17 September 2026.
These terms govern your use of Top Billing (the "Service"), an AI API gateway operated by VD Enterprises ("we", "us"), with its registered office at No. 102, Kudiyana Theru, Melapoovanur, Needamangalam, Kalacheri, Tiruvarur District, Tamil Nadu 612803, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Top Billing gives you API access to third-party AI models through OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible endpoints, billed per token against prepaid credits denominated in Indian Rupees. Models, capabilities and prices are published at /models and /pricing and may change with notice as described in the Credits Policy.
2. Accounts and keys
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all use under your API keys, including by anyone you share them with. Revoke a key immediately if you suspect it has leaked. Accounts are for persons aged 18 or over and for businesses acting through an authorised representative.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate or distribute malware, harass people, or attempt to circumvent usage limits, billing or security controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that present fraud, abuse or payment risk, and may retain associated credits to the extent permitted by law while an investigation is ongoing.
4. Credits and payment
The Service is prepaid. Credits are purchased through our payment partner, are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn as money and can only be used on the Service. The Refund and Credits Policy forms part of these terms. Prices shown include the tax treatment stated at checkout.
5. Third-party models
Model outputs are generated by third-party AI systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete or offensive. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs; you grant us the rights needed to process them in order to provide the Service. Use of a model may also be subject to that model provider's acceptable-use policies, which we pass through to you.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Scheduled and unscheduled interruptions may occur; our status page reports current conditions. We may change or discontinue models, features or endpoints; where reasonably possible we will give notice.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business.
8. Data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. Request and response contents are processed to provide the Service and are not used to train models by us.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings; remaining credits are handled per the Credits Policy. We may terminate for breach with notice where practicable. Provisions that by nature should survive (payment, liability, governing law) survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days before they take effect. Questions: support@topbilling.in.
