Top Billing is built and operated by VD Enterprises, a sole proprietorship of Vasudev registered in Tamil Nadu, India. Registered office: No. 102, Kudiyana Theru, Melapoovanur, Needamangalam, Kalacheri, Tiruvarur District, Tamil Nadu 612803, India. GSTIN: 33BUTPV1085N1ZQ (regular registration since 15 November 2024).

We run an AI API gateway for developers and teams in India who want to use leading AI models with prepaid, rupee-denominated billing and the APIs their tools already speak. We do not train models; we route your requests to model providers, meter them exactly and account for every paisa.

Principles

  • Every request is metered on the tokens the model reported — never estimated after the fact.
  • Your provider credentials are never involved; ours are held in a secret manager and never stored in databases or logs.
  • Prices change only through published pricing versions with an effective time.
